This is a really good mechanic shop. I bring my car here whenever I need a diagnostic on an issue, whether I plan to fix it myself or have them handle it. Either way, I always leave knowing exactly what the problem is and exactly what it will cost. No guessing, no surprises. The rates are affordable, though I’ll admit I sometimes debate doing the work myself since my car is from the 90s and paying for certain services doesn’t always feel worth it on an older vehicle. But when I do have them handle something, it gets done right. No coming back saying there’s still another issue. They’re thorough, and that alone makes their prices worth it for anything I can’t tackle on my own. Highly recommend for anyone needing honest, reliable diagnostics and quality work. 🌟 Best of Winston Salem, NC 🌟 Literally the only shop I will bring a vehicle to when I can not figure things out on my own! Professional. Knowledgeable. Cost effective. Quality over all esle. Excellent customer service is hard to come across these days. I began taking my car to Rattle & Hum last year and have had nothing but positive experiences for my car maintenance. Rob is the mechanic I normally work with is really nice and knowledgeable. If you’re ever in the need for maintenance on your vehicle I highly recommend Rattle & Hum. When my car unexpectedly broke down, I saw this shop as one of the recommended shops from my warranty company, and saw that they had good ratings and reviews, and took a chance with them. They were nothing short of helpful , kind, and informative no matter how many times I called with follow up questions. I mostly spoke with Shane for the duration of my car’s “visit”. The car now runs fantastically, thanks to them handling my cars computer issues with such care. Thank you, Rattle and Hum team!!
